Click & Collect: Save time and pick up your purchases from our Stoke Newington store at a time convenient to you by choosing the 'Pick up' option when you check out. We will have your purchases in the store ready for you, check this option when you checking out on the website.

Standard UK Delivery £3.95: Your parcel should arrive within 3 to 5 working days we work with Royal Mail 48 tracked service and various courier services to send your delivery.
If an item that you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you on receiving your order to advise you of the earliest possible delivery date of the item. If you are not satisfied with the alternative delivery date then you can cancel the order immediately and we will give you a full refund.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control can delay the delivery date. We cannot accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from the delay.

Please note that we cannot add notes to 'leave in the shed' 'Leave in porch' as it's our responsibility to get item into your hands.

For deliveries to countries outside the UK, please contact us directly for a quote. 

Environment: We try and reuse packaging where possible, your order may be packed in a pre-used box and padded with paper from our deliveries. Please reuse the packaging from your order where possible.

Returns: Please print out this returns form, complete it and return it to us with any items you wish to send back.
