Pallares Kitchen Knife
Pallares have been making quality, hand-sharpened knives in Solsana in Spain since 1917.
These kitchen knives have a boxwood handles and a carbon-steel blade, which retains sharpness for longer and will develop a characterful and protective patina over time. Ideal for use across the kitchen; from meats to fruit & veg and cheese.
The nature of the metal means the blade can rust if left wet, so be sure to keep the knife dry between uses.
There are four sizes, 8cm, 9cm,12cm and 15cm.
