Pallares Chef's Knife
Pallares have been making quality, hand-sharpened knives in Solsana in Spain since 1917.
This 16cm kitchen knife has a boxwood handle and carbon-steel blade, which retains sharpness for longer and will develop a characterful and protective patina over time. Ideal for use across the kitchen; from meats to fruit & veg and cheese.
The nature of the metal means the blade can rust if left wet, so be sure to keep the knife dry between uses.
